Frequently Asked

Still figuring out if this is the right fit?

These are the questions most business owners ask before they decide. Read through them — if something still isn't clear, a Fit Call takes 15 minutes and costs nothing.

Why is an audit required before any implementation work?
Most operational problems are not solved by adding another app, automation, or AI tool. Before we recommend a solution, we need to understand the workflow. The audit gives you — and us — a clear picture of what is actually happening so any tool, SOP, or add-on that follows is tied to a real finding, not a guess.
What participation is required from me?
You will complete a short application, an in-depth questionnaire, and one live audit interview. You will also need to share the operational documents referenced during the session and attend a report-review meeting and a two-week check-in. Estimated total client time is about two hours across the engagement.
Who is a good fit for the audit?
Service-based business owners who are generating income, comfortable making the initial investment, and ready to address operational issues. You should be able to identify where friction, inconsistency, delays, or inefficiency show up, and you should be prepared to examine the issue honestly and act on the findings.
Who may not be ready for the audit?
A business may not be ready if the owner is uncomfortable making the investment, wants an immediate done-for-you solution without diagnosis, expects results without participating, or is unwilling to complete the required questionnaires and interview. The audit is designed for owners who want to understand a problem before deciding how to solve it.
Why must scope and agreement be confirmed before any work begins?
No work begins until both parties agree on scope, deliverables, expectations, intended outcome, timeline, and commercial terms. Clear agreement up front helps ensure the work adds genuine value and reflects what your business actually needs.
Why is transcription consent required?
When meetings are recorded or transcribed, you and any participating team members must be informed and consent must be confirmed. Transcripts create a reliable record of decisions, protect both parties, and reduce misunderstandings throughout the engagement.
How does C.L.E.A.N. Ops approach recommendations?
Recommendations are based on the audit findings — never sold as pre-built packages. If implementation is appropriate, add-on services are scoped separately with their own agreement, timeline, and price. Every recommendation is intended to be practical for your business, capacity, budget, and stage.

Still on the fence? That's exactly what the Fit Call is for.
