Shanita Tyler is a Chicago-based project management professional with a Master of Science in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a background spanning construction, real estate, and financial operations.

Over the course of her career, she's coordinated projects exceeding $20 million in value — managing procurement, documentation, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams across industries where things fall apart when workflows aren't clear.

After years of watching capable business owners lose time, revenue, and momentum to unclear processes and the wrong tools, she built the C.L.E.A.N. Ops Method to do what she's always done best: find the friction, map the gaps, and deliver a clear path forward.
